1. Introduction Welcome to studiorascal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and any agreements made with us. By working with studiorascal, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services studiorascal provides design, branding, and strategic development services for independent businesses. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of each project will be outlined in an individual contract or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of [20]% is required to commence work.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment must be made within 7 days of the final deliverables being handed over to the client.

• Late payments may incur a fee of [5]% per week.

• All payments must be made in GBP (£) via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear communication and timely feedback.

• Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• studiorascal retains ownership of all initial design concepts and unused work.

• Upon full payment, the final agreed-upon designs and assets become the property of the client.

• studiorascal reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Revisions & Approvals

• The project includes [2] rounds of revisions as outlined in the proposal.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will be subject to extra charges.

• Once final approval is given, any further changes will be treated as a new project or additional billable work.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable.

• If studiorascal must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund may be offered.

 

8. Liability & Warranties

• studiorascal is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our work.

• While we take every measure to ensure high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

• The client is responsible for checking all final deliverables before use.

 

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project.

• studiorascal may sign NDAs upon request.

 

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

 

11. Amendments studiorascal reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
